Statement Against Slavery and Human Trafficking
OPSWAT Inc. (“OPSWAT”, “we”, or “our”) is committed to ensuring that it works to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking throughout its organization and in its supply chain. This statement highlights the key activities OPSWAT has undertaken to combat modern slavery in our organization and supply chain.
Policies
We maintain an internal Anti-Slavery Statement to evidence our zero-tolerance policy towards any form of slavery, servitude, and forced or compulsory labor. Additionally, we require all employees to comply with our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, which highlights each employee’s obligation to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to OPSWAT relating to, among others, anti-slavery requirements.
Suppliers
We expect all of our suppliers to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which includes a requirement that our suppliers shall not, and shall ensure that its partners do not, support or engage in any compelled, involuntary, or forced labor.
Reporting Concerns
We maintain a Whistleblowing Policy to allow employees to report any issues, including with respect to modern slavery.
