Absolutely. The Portal offers RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) feature for an organization’s admin to manage user access and roles.
- If your organization already uses the Portal: Contact your organization’s admin for an invitation.
- If your organization is new to the Portal: Contact OPSWAT Support or your Customer Success Manager to set up a new organization account.
The Portal provides SSO access to: OPSWAT Academy, MetaDefender Cloud, IT Access Control, MetaDefender Email Security, Filescan.io, and Partner Portal.
Partners can access exclusive training materials and resources, manage customer licenses, and submit support cases on behalf of their customers.
No. To ensure account security, new users aren’t automatically added. Instead, if you enable email domain-based join requests, employees will see available organizations they can request to join after they sign in to My OPSWAT Portal. As an admin, you'll then need to approve their joining requests.
