How does OPSWAT protect users' privacy and keep that information secure?
OPSWAT, as a provider of industry-leading cybersecurity products, takes information security very seriously. Our approach to securing personal data is based on general industry standards and guidelines, including the United States National Institute of Standards and Technology Cyber Security Framework ("NIST"). We employ internal processes to review how we use our customers' personal data and perform due diligence on any third parties processing our customers' personal data. Additionally, we use industry-leading cybersecurity products (including our own) to protect and restrict access to our customers' personal data.
Does OPSWAT's Privacy Policy apply only to citizens and residents of the EU?
OPSWAT's Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data from any identified or identifiable individual, regardless of whether the GDPR applies to such individual's personal data.
How can I exercise my privacy rights with OPSWAT?
If applicable law provides you with certain rights to your personal data, you may exercise such rights by emailing us at privacy@opswat.com.
How can I exercise my privacy rights at a company that uses OPSWAT products?
If you interact with a company that uses OPSWAT products to manage data, and you want to exercise your privacy rights as it relates to that data, you must contact the company that manages your data. OPSWAT provides tools and services to our customers that allow them to manage the data processed by OPSWAT's products and services, but OPSWAT cannot manage the data directly.
