The Position
We're looking for a technically sharp Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager to join OPSWAT's FP&A team, based in Vietnam. You'll be at the intersection of finance and data -owning complex models, driving KPI development, and partnering across the business to turn numbers into strategic insight. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the financials deeply but is fluent with modern AI-powered productivity tools and eager to build more efficient, automated workflows.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the development and maintenance of KPI frameworks and reporting packages, blending financial and operational metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Build and own complex financial models covering business performance analysis, SaaS metrics, and strategic growth planning, collaborating with the data team to bring these models to life in Power BI with rich, interactive visualizations.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to leverage and improve corporate systems supporting SaaS reporting and planning.
- Develop new SaaS business metrics that inform and influence key business decisions.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and executive-ready presentations as needed.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, or a similar finance role, ideally with some exposure to SaaS businesses.
- Strong command of financial modeling, with the ability to build and maintain complex models independently.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- SQL knowledge to support power bi dashboard.
- Fluency with AI tools - including workflow automation, LLM-based productivity tools, and prompt engineering practices. You know how to use these to work smarter, not harder.
- Comfortable communicating financial results clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for anomalies in data and a drive to understand the 'why'.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organization and time management, able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
It Would Be Nice If You Had
- Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar ERP/planning platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM-linked financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for financial analysis, report drafting, and productivity; familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier or Make to build and maintain no-code/low-code workflows.
- Prior experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing the procurement process for our company, ensuring strict adherence to purchasing and contracting policies.
