The Singapore MetaDefender Platform Bootcamp, held in July 2024, marked our first event of its kind in Southeast Asia. Guided by expert instructor Nate Medeiros, Product Manager of Technical Certifications, and enriched by a special visit from Malcolm Rowe, VP of Sales, APJ at OPSWAT, who shared valuable insights and added excitement to the day. Bringing together 20 participants from 10 organizations across the APAC region, this diverse gathering of professionals from the cybersecurity and government sectors underscored the critical importance of cybersecurity in today’s interconnected world.
Our expert-led sessions showcased the latest advancements in OPSWAT products, providing participants with a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, as well as the risks and challenges associated with IT/OT security.
When I’m looking out the complete solutions for the OT security, and application security, I definitely gained a lot of knowledge from the bootcamp. This bootcamp gave many insights and new ideas, pushing us to think beyond our vision and do great work for our customers.
