OPSWAT

Protecting the World’s Critical Infrastructure

OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS critical infrastructure cybersecurity, delivers an end-to-end platform that gives public and private sector organizations and enterprises the critical advantage needed to protect their complex networks, secure their devices, and ensure compliance. Over the last 20 years our commitment to innovative technology has earned the trust of more than 1,700 organizations, governments, and institutions globally, solidifying our role in protecting the world’s critical infrastructure and securing our way of life.

The Position

We are looking for a hands-on engineer for the GTM Product Team to build Quantum, OPSWAT's go-to-market platform. Quantum is where Sales, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Order Operations, Marketing, Finance and leadership do their daily work: forecasting and pipeline, deal management, account research, quote-to-order review, territories and quotas, and data hygiene. It connects to DealHub CPQ, NetSuite, the OPSWAT Data Master (ODM), ZoomInfo, BambooHR and OPSWAT's AI platform, and it is in production today.

Quantum serves the whole go-to-market organization; this role focuses on its Sales capabilities. Its one big mission: make Quantum OPSWAT's CRM, the system of record for accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and activities, where every customer relationship begins and lives. Alongside that, you will keep shipping what the sales organization needs, keep Quantum's integrations healthy, be the technical partner Sales Operations can bring a problem to, and bring AI into every step of the deal: research, qualification, deal health, forecasting and order review.

What You Will Be Doing

Make Quantum OPSWAT's CRM

  • Own the system of record. Make Quantum the place where accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and activities are created, owned and changed, so every other system reads from it rather than the other way round.
  • Identity Quantum owns. Build and extend the identity model: stable keys, human-readable record codes, and external IDs held as a map, so that connecting or retiring a system is a configuration change, not a migration.
  • Create, edit and merge. Build the create and edit paths for every core record, with validation at the gate, duplicate detection, and merge and alias handling so the same company or person never exists twice.
  • Customization as metadata. Build the schema registry that lets Sales Ops define custom fields, picklists, field-level security and field history without a code change.
  • Keep connected systems in step. Build a durable outbox and event stream so CPQ, ERP, marketing, the data master and AI agents receive every change reliably: retried, visible and never silently lost.
  • Migrate with confidence. Plan and run the move of data and workflows into Quantum: historical backfill, parallel runs, continuous reconciliation and staged cutover, without disrupting the sales team mid-quarter.

Build what Sales uses every day

  • Forecasting and pipeline. Build and evolve forecast calls, hierarchy roll-ups, deal health scoring, slip and pull-in analysis, and sales leaderboards. These are numbers leaders commit to, so they must be correct, scoped to what each viewer is allowed to see, and explainable down to the deal.
  • The seller's workspace. Build the deal grid with inline editing, the deal and account views, and the Quantum for Chrome side panel that lets a rep update a deal or log an activity from Outlook, LinkedIn or any page.
  • AI-native account research and deal intelligence. Build research briefs that pull together account history, firmographics, intent, website visits, support cases and hiring signals into grounded, cited guidance, with ICP-fit and readiness scores that explain themselves in plain language. Choose models per task on evidence, not preference.
  • Quote to order. Build the Order Operations review of closed-won deals: deterministic gate checks plus AI reads of purchase orders and contracts, integrated with DealHub quotes, NetSuite and fulfillment, so orders book faster with fewer round trips to Sales.
  • Sales Operations center. Build territories, seats and coverage, targets and quotas, and joiner / leaver / mover cases from BambooHR, with every change dated, approved where it needs to be, and published to every system that relies on it.

Build it AI-native and trustworthy

  • Agents as first-class users. Expose Quantum's data and actions through its MCP server so OPSWAT's assistants and agents can answer "what's my commit this quarter", explain a deal's health, log a meeting or propose a close-date change in natural language, with the same access rules as the UI and a preview-and-confirm step before any write.
  • Access and trust. Extend record-level access control, roles and page access, and handle sensitive data (including compensation-adjacent data) with least privilege and a full audit trail.
  • Leverage OPSWAT's agentic SDLC. Use the Platform team's agentic coding tools as your primary means of production, own the quality and security of what ships, and document the system as you go so it stays knowable.

Keep Quantum running

  • Own the health of Quantum's integrations: data sync, webhooks, DealHub, NetSuite, ZoomInfo and the nightly jobs that feed forecasting.
  • Triage production incidents across Quantum and its neighbors: find the root cause, fix it permanently, and write down what happened.
  • Ship through staging to production behind feature flags, with database migrations that keep one clean chain, and verify on staging before anything reaches users.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years building and operating production software, with at least 3 in Python backend services (FastAPI or similar).
  • Demonstrated, recent, daily practice building software with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agent mode, Codex or similar). You can show us the workflow, the review and test loop, and something real that shipped through it.
  • Full-stack delivery: TypeScript and React to a working level. You can take a feature from database to screen without a hand-off.
  • PostgreSQL to a strong level: schema design, JSONB, migrations with Alembic, row-level scoping, and query performance work you can describe.
  • CRM and system-of-record engineering: you have built or extended a CRM's data model (accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities), its APIs and its integrations, including identity, deduplication and data migration.
  • Hands-on integration engineering against real vendor APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, rate limits, retries), built and operated, not configured through a wizard.
  • Production experience with background jobs and event-driven patterns: queues, outboxes, idempotency keys, replay, and jobs that recover cleanly after a failure.
  • Experience shipping LLM features into a product: retrieval, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluation sets used to gate releases, confidence thresholds, fallbacks and guardrails.
  • Cloud deployment on Azure or AWS: containers, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, secrets management, observability.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to explain a technical trade-off to a sales leader or Sales Ops manager in their terms, and to push back when the data says otherwise. Vietnamese is an advantage.

It Would Be Nice If You Had

  • Experience moving an organization from one CRM to another: data migration, deduplication, identity mapping and parallel running.
  • Sales domain knowledge: forecasting and pipeline management, territory and quota planning, deal desk and CPQ (DealHub or similar), order-to-cash.
  • NetSuite (SuiteQL, token-based auth) or another ERP integration.
  • Building or consuming MCP servers, or exposing an application's actions to AI agents.
  • Role-based and record-level access control in a multi-user business application.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Freedom to bring your own ideas and turn them into tools our Sales team relies on around the world.
  • Local and regional autonomy on key decisions: we move fast, without the bureaucracy.
  • International working environment in a global leading cybersecurity product company.
  • Attractive compensation, regular assessments, and salary reviews.
  • 13-month bonus & performance bonus.
  • 100% salary, full insurances on probationary period.
  • Extra health care program (PVI) for employees and family members.
  • 15+ paid days off per year.
  • Attractive benefits for team activities (team building, team outing, sport, trade union activities).
  • Nice open office on the top of a building in District 3 full of accessories for active recreation, sport, fruits, coffee, and tea.
