We are pleased to announce that starting today, Ikarus is part of the MetaDefender Cloud commercial license package. It is the 16th engine added, and we are looking forward to seeing its contribution to better detection rates of the Cloud commercial package in reports such as the Package Efficacy Report.
Ikarus is an Austrian security vendor with a cyber-security history of over 30 years, focused on making security accessible and affordable to everyone in an innovative, critical, customer-oriented and responsible manner. It has been part of the MetaDefender Cloud free multiscanning package for several years and has decided to expand it's business to commercial customers as well.
