Content Sanitization and Mobile Security Big Themes at FIC 2019 in France

Last week, OPSWAT participated in the International Cybersecurity forum at the Lille Grand Palais, in Lille, France. The International Cybersecurity Forum is a platform aiming at promoting a pan-European vision of cybersecurity as well as to strengthen the fight against cybercrime. In line with the digital single market and data protection regulation, the FIC became THE reference event, bringing together all major actors of digital trust.

During the many thought-provoking discussions with attendees, two main areas of interest emerged:

Content Disarm and Reconstruct (CDR) technology. We presented the technology and provided demonstrations of our MetaDefender Kiosk product. OPSWAT MetaDefender Kiosk uses CDR, multi-scanning and other threat prevention technologies and acts as a secure checkpoint for USBs and other portable devices. In combination with MetaDefender Vault, Kiosk can be used to create a secure data transfer process into a critical network.

Cloud security solutions for remote and mobile users. Here we introduced to attendees the OPSWAT MetaAccess product. With MetaAccess, customers can implement solutions for secure access to cloud applications as well as to local networks.

This week, we’re at Cybertech in Tel Aviv, Israel, and hosting our own Cybersecurity summit in Rishon LeTsiyon, Israel.
