OPSWAT is proud to announce its return to GISEC Global 2025 as a Diamond Sponsor, bringing cybersecurity innovation and thought leadership to the region’s largest and most influential security event. Taking place from May 6th through 8th at the Dubai World Trade Center, this year’s GISEC is hosted by the UAE Cybersecurity Council in collaboration with the Dubai Electronic Security Center.

Our main focus at GISEC Global 2025 will be critical infrastructure, the lynchpin of economic progress and an increasingly popular target for threat actors. Our partnerships will involve devising ways of protecting the interconnected systems and technologies that drive the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Through our demonstrations and discussions at GISEC 2025, OPSWAT experts will show how our solutions directly address the latest cybersecurity challenges, especially the ongoing merger of IT and OT.

One of the biggest attractions at the OPSWAT stand will be the critical infrastructure protection (CIP) Mobile Lab, a hands-on showcase from OP/X Labs, featuring live demos of solutions designed to defend the most vital systems and networks. Security professionals will gain practical insights into the protection of IT/OT environments, from real-time threat prevention to safe file transfer protocols.

OPSWAT will be showcasing the Nuclear Plant Model Reactor, a visual of how the company’s technologies secure some of the world’s most sensitive environments. For the first time, GISEC attendees will witness the integration of the Mobile Lab with the Nuclear Plant model, demonstrating the interconnectivity required for comprehensive critical infrastructure protection.

Experts will be sharing insights on GISEC’s most talked-about stages:

  • Day 1: Dark Stage
Don’t miss a live hacking session led by OPSWAT that shines a spotlight on today’s threat landscape and the real-world vulnerabilities organizations face daily.
  • Day 2: Government Stage
OPSWAT Founder and CEO Benny Czarny will present “Breaking the Firewall: Revolutionizing Cyber Defense for a Connected World.” This talk challenges the status quo of traditional firewalls in an era of AI exploits and encrypted attacks, offering a bold vision for the future of cyber defense.
  • Day 2: Critical Infrastructure Stage
Kris Voorspoels, Director of Products and Solutions, joins a panel to discuss the IIoT security crisis in the regional oil and gas sector. Experts will explore how connected devices are reshaping (and challenging) security in the petrochemical industry, one of the region’s most critical economic pillars.

OPSWAT is also offering free CIP certifications through OPSWAT Academy, aligning with the UAE National Cybersecurity Strategy and its goal of upskilling the region’s cyber workforce. Attendees can earn certifications like:

  • File Security Associate (OFSA)
  • Secure Storage Associate (OSSA)
  • Email Security Associate (OESA)
  • Web Traffic Protection Associate (OWPA)
  • Data Transfer Security Associate (ODSA)

“Our GISEC participation further demonstrates our steadfast commitment to delivering IT/OT cybersecurity solutions and fostering the cyber talent that the region needs to defend its critical infrastructure,” Selcuk added.
