Sal Morlando

Sal Morlando is the Chief Technology Officer for OPSWAT’s Data Diode and Security Gateway product line. Sal brings over four decades of technology leadership, specializing in OT cyber security, cross domain solutions and telecommunication technologies. Prior to OPSWAT, Sal served as Chief Operating Officer at Owl Cyber Defense and Vice President of Product Management & Marketing at NewNet Communication Technologies. Sal earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Boston University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport.

Colin Dunn

VP of Products, Data Diode and Security Gateway

Colin Dunn is Vice President of Products at OPSWAT where he leads a team focused on protecting critical infrastructure from cyberattack using industry-leading cross-domain solutions. Prior to joining OPSWAT through acquisition, he was founder and CEO of Fend Incorporated.

In previous roles, Colin worked as an engineer and consultant to help clients including the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and commercial clients. He holds degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia and business administration from Penn State.

Miguel Ángel Fernández

Product Manager, Remote Access and Diodes

Miguel Ángel Fernández is Country Head in Spain for OPSWAT where he oversees operations of the Madrid office. He is also a Project Manager for MetaDefender Unidirectional Security Gateway (USG)/BSG and NetWall Diode products. Miguel Ángel brings 15 years of experience working in technology and innovation in multinational/multicultural companies. Half of that experience was acquired working in cybersecurity. Prior to joining OPSWAT, Miguel Ángel served as Product Manager at Bayshore Networks and he is partner and co-founder of Barbara IoT. Miguel Ángel has a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
