The OPSWAT team recently participated in the 2023 ISMG Cybersecurity Summit in Bengaluru, India. This conference spanned two days, the first day was a physical event, followed by a virtual event on the second day. The summit brought together industry experts and cybersecurity professionals from diverse sectors to collaborate and unlock new strategies to combat emerging threats faced by critical infrastructure in India.

Hundreds of cybersecurity thought leaders from industries including manufacturing, banking, financial services, and more, attended the conference. They gathered to discuss the security challenges faced by critical infrastructure, and how to best protect it from cyberattacks and frameworks to tackle these challenges.

During the conference, OPSWAT hosted an insightful session, “Trust No File Protection Against File-Borne Malware” that covered:
- Implementing multiple layers of protection to guard against known file transfer threats
- Validating and authenticating file content with a zero-trust framework using Deep CDR technology
- Integrating next-gen sandboxing tools for enhanced protection and adaptive threat analysis
The OPSWAT team had the opportunity to work with dozens of security leaders at the conference and share insights on our critical infrastructure protection (CIP) solutions. They learned how our solutions, including MetaDefender Kiosk, MetaDefender OT Security, and MetaDefender Industrial Firewall, among others, offer end-to-end protection for critical assets.
ISMG provided an excellent opportunity for cybersecurity leaders and industry experts to collaborate, share their experiences, and prepare for new challenges. The conference focused on exploring ways to secure critical infrastructure from cyberthreats.
