MetaDefender Drive is a durable USB drive that creates a portable perimeter, in any location where maintaining an air-gap is critical.
Once plugged into a USB port, the computer can be booted safely from Drive, by running off of Drive’s own operating system. This separation allows analysis without software installation — a scan of the entire device for malware, vulnerabilities and a determination of the device’s integrity.

Addition of Proactive Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
In this release, we introduce the addition of OPSWAT's Proactive Data Loss Prevention (DLP) feature in our MetaDefender Drive Advanced Edition. This addition allows for the detection of not only malware and software vulnerabilities, but also personally identifying information (PII) such as social security numbers, credit cards, and custom patterns. For any organizations that need to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, MetaDefender Drive can help with a deep analysis of data leakage on any transient assets to prevent a potential data breach.
Existing MetaDefender Drive Advanced customers are all entitled to free upgrade to retrieve this feature. Please contact OPSWAT customer success for steps to upgrade.
