Empowering Future DevOps Innovators: OPSWAT's Successful 2023 DevOps Trainee Program

We are thrilled to share the incredible success of OPSWAT Vietnam's very first DevOps Trainee Program which took place from July - September this year.
This program has helped nurture the local young talents and fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement at OPSWAT. Let's dive into the achievements and experiences that make this initiative truly extraordinary.
A Sneak Peek into the Program
In this annual program, OPSWAT Vietnam aims to cater to approximately 5 trainees at a time and extends an invitation to our current employees who are curious about the world of DevOps. Once the trainees have successfully completed the program, they have the opportunity to become an intern or full-time employee based on their performance.
The program's primary objective is to build our in-house & top-tier DevOps resources who can meet both our current and future business needs. It’s an immersive, three-month journey delving into 15 topics and 40+ training and practicing sessions led by the very experienced group of OPSWAT's DevOps professionals.
The Added Extras
We firmly believe that learning should be rewarding. Our program participants will receive a monthly allowance to support their learning journey. They also get to enjoy full office benefits, including daily breakfast and snacks, free parking, and access to all office facilities and activities.
Above all, they will be mentored by OPSWAT's DevOps experts, giving them a unique opportunity to learn from the best. And the most exciting part? A career at OPSWAT awaits these talented individuals once they complete the program.
I feel like my knowledge has upgraded to another level thanks to lots of valuable lessons from my mentors. I'm excited to start as a DevOps intern at OPSWAT and I am committed to keep learning and becoming a great DevOps Engineer.
