OPSWAT is proud to announce the Beta release of My OPSWAT Portal, a completely redesigned user portal that transforms your whole customer experience by managing multiple OPSWAT products remotely, improving productivity flows, providing better visibility between team members and more.
My OPSWAT Portal is the next evolution of the current portal.opswat.com, providing many of the advanced management features requested by our valuable customers and partners. We added critical information like license status, activation keys, activation history, and deployment IDs to allow customers to manage their account.
We understand organizational staff changes from time to time. With My OPSWAT Portal, you can easily add additional contacts to the same account for better flexibility and easier account management.
All the current features and functions are retained, and usability has been reimplemented to meet modern requirements. Here’s a snapshot of these enhancements:
OPSWAT Cloud Products and Services
Check your license status and account capacity if you are already an OPSWAT MetaDefender Access or MetaDefender Cloud customer. You can start evaluating OPSWAT Cloud products and track your evaluation period.
Download OPSWAT Software, Firmware, and Content Updates
Gain access to the most recent versions of OPSWAT software and firmware. MetaDefender-based product customers may check the status of the engine updates server to ensure your automatic online updates are flowing properly, as well as download software and content updates manually for air-gapped environments.
Online/Offline License Tracking and Activation
Check your installed products’ license status and get renewal reminders before they expire. This feature also tracks your activations against the entitlement and lets you download activation reports, eliminating the need for manual tracking.
Contacts Management and Delegation
Invite your colleagues to sign up for My OPSWAT Portal and eliminate single points of access. You can now enjoy your vacation with peace of mind knowing that your coworkers can easily gain trusted access to the resources they need.
