Senior Director of Product Management, MetaDefender Endpoint

The Position

As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for owning the revenue generation process and exceeding company revenue targets in Vietnam by learning the OPSWAT technology, developing and implementing a strategic account plans targeting deployments of our Cybersecurity platforms and solutions. You will be held accountable for building long-term relationships inside target accounts and with BFSI, Enterprise and Critical Infrastructure related industries to solve strategic issues and generate opportunities. This role will be both strategic and hands-on, managing and working with senior management to develop and advance current and new revenue models. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of continually exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas while forecasting accurately and selling cybersecurity solutions.

This position will cover the Vietnam territory and is highly preferred to base in Hanoi.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strategically targeting business opportunities that leverage high-value use cases in primarily banking, financial services, insurance and enterprise industries.
• Developing and executing sales strategies and tactics to sell OPSWAT products, solutions and services in order to exceed sales quotas.
• Communicating value propositions to clients that speak intimately to their needs and requirements.
• Utilizing client-centric, solutions-oriented selling strategies and a hunter’s mentality to identify, qualify and convert enterprise sales.
• Effectively articulating financial ROI/TCO value and build value throughout the negotiation process.
• Maintaining extensive account and opportunity detail in the Salesforce CRM system, including account win plans, customer touchpoints and sales inhibitors.
• Accurately forecasting and reporting revenue projections to management.

What We Need From You

• 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account executive roles within information technology or cybersecurity, with exposure to BFSI, enterprise, or critical infrastructure accounts in Vietnam.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• You possess an understanding of security threats, solutions, and security tools.
• You have a successful track record selling complex-solutions directly to enterprise accounts in Vietnam.
• You’re persuasive, and have excellent negotiation and presentation skills. You can effectively communicate with both technology-oriented and senior business executives at the “C” level, and are comfortable articulating the technical and business value of the OPSWAT platforms.

The Position

My OPSWAT Portal is OPSWAT's one stop hub for customers and partners. We provide a central place to manage licenses, access support, download products, track training, and navigate OPSWAT cloud services securely. It brings essential tools together in one place so customers and partners can get started quickly and stay productive. 

This role is for an engineer who would rather own the model than rely on someone else: you build and integrate AI/LLM features into our platform based on product and business requirements.  

You will be responsible for continuously improving the AI’s accuracy, latency, cost efficiency, security, and reliability. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Develop and integrate RAG, AI agents, recommendation/search systems, and AI-powered automation workflows.  
• Build and maintain data ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and evaluation pipelines.  
• Collaborate with the Engineering Team (Developers & QA) to design, build, test, and deliver AI features.  
• Collaborate with the DevOps Team to deploy, monitor, and optimize our self-hosted LLMs. 
• Build and maintain evaluation gates for every LLM change and make it something the team trusts more than its own intuition. 

What We Need from You: 

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in AI engineering. 
• Strong Python, including building data pipelines for training datasets. 
• Good understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Tool Calling, AI Agents, and LLM Evaluation.  
• Experience with Rest APIs, SQL/No-SQL databases, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.  
• Ability to debug, evaluate, and validate AI systems in real-world production environments. 
• Experience with LLM serving, APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, …), inference (e.g. vLLM, Ollama), including quantization and the memory / latency / quality trade-off on constrained hardware. 
• Familiarity with tool-calling / agent-based LLM applications. 
• Ability to design and run model evaluations for non-deterministic systems: you can name a metric you designed and the number you moved. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English: the language of the team, the docs, and the prompts.

• Contribute to features end to end: clarify requirements, participate in design discussions, implement, test, debug, and help ship features, with ownership growing as you develop.  
• Use AI as part of your daily engineering workflow: work with tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation, while reviewing and validating AI-generated output before it ships.

About the Product

Secure File Gateway is a gateway that sits between a WAF and the web app backend. It ensures every uploaded file is scanned and sanitized by MetaDefender Core (via ICAP) before reaching the application; no WAF config changes needed. This solves the gap left by WAFs that don't support ICAP, or can't handle CDR-sanitized data.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and test SFG in C++ or Rust (Windows/Linux) as the transparent proxy between WAF and backend.
• Implement the core flow: intercept uploads → forward to MetaDefender Core over ICAP → return sanitized files, with low latency and high reliability.
• Build multi-threaded, high-concurrency networking components.
• Build and use agentic workflows (e.g., Claude Code, autonomous coding agents) daily for coding, testing, and debugging.
• Work within a Scrum team; collaborate with Product Management; do peer code reviews.

The Position

At OPSWAT, we’re building cutting-edge solutions that protect the world’s critical infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our OESIS Framework platform with cloud solution integrations. This role owns everything that happens to device compliance data after it's retrieved from a vendor API: bulk and incremental querying at scale, normalizing wildly different vendor data models into one common schema, and storing it in a way that's fast to query and safe for customers.

What you will be doing

• Build scalable ingestion pipelines that query large volumes of device/compliance data from Endpoint Device Management Platforms (such as CrowdStrike, Intune, JAMF) both full bulk syncs and incremental/delta syncs
• Design a normalized compliance data schema that maps each vendor's distinct data model (e.g., CrowdStrike host/device telemetry, Intune compliance policy state, JAMF inventory records) into one common internal representation
• Build and tune the storage layer (relational, NoSQL, or warehouse) for high-volume, multi-tenant compliance data with efficient read/query patterns for downstream consumers
• Implement caching, deduplication, and delta-sync logic that minimizes redundant API calls and respects each vendor's rate limits and query quotas
• Build ETL/ELT orchestration for scheduled and event-driven syncs, with monitoring and alerting on pipeline health and sync failures
• Partner with the Integration Engineer on the shape of the raw API responses being handed off, and with the Auth Engineer to handle token expiry gracefully mid-query

What we need from you

• 3+ years in data engineering: ETL/ELT pipeline design, data modeling, and large-scale ingestion
• Strong SQL plus hands-on experience with both relational (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL or columnar stores
• Experience with pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect) and/or streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis)
• Direct experience handling REST API pagination, bulk/batch queries, and rate-limited data collection at scale
• Demonstrated experience normalizing heterogeneous schemas from multiple external data sources into one model
• Strong Python (or equivalent) for pipeline development
• Understanding of multi-tenant data isolation and relevant compliance requirements (SOC 2, GDPR)

About This Role

We are looking for a Director of Engineering who leads from the front. This is a hands-on, technically-centric leadership role — not a pure people-management position — with full accountability for the engineering of MetaDefender Managed File Transfer: architecture, delivery, quality, and the teams that build it. You will lead engineering across multiple deployment form factors — from air-gapped and cross-domain environments to internet-connected and native-cloud deployments — operating with the rigor of a principal engineer and the clarity of an executive.

You are an AI-native engineering leader. You have personally orchestrated fleets of AI agents to architect, build, test, and ship production systems, and you have launched and released real products through a full AI-powered software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from specification and code generation to automated testing, review, and deployment. Product Management defines what to ship; you define how to build it. You own the end-to-end delivery of the roadmap Product Management sets, hold the delivery bar, and build a high-performance culture that the rest of OPSWAT’s engineering portfolio will look to as a model for AI-native development. You report to the VP, Products, and lead a distributed team across Romania, Vietnam, and Hungary, while the role itself can be based anywhere, with a preference for the UK, USA, or near an OPSWAT-operated location.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead as an AI-first effort: make AI agents a first-class part of how the team works — orchestrating agents to create specs, generate code and tests, verify results, and run reviews — while ensuring humans own and validate every line that ships. Treat automation and intelligence as the default, not the exception.
• Stay hands-on: remain directly in the codebase — setting architecture patterns, writing and reviewing critical code, prototyping, and unblocking hard technical problems. You lead by doing, not only by delegating.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the roadmap: take full ownership of delivering the product roadmap set by Product Management — turning the “what to ship” into the “how to build,” and owning execution sequencing, technical risk, quality, security, and release across every deployment form factor.

We are looking for a driven and passionate Machine Learning Engineerwhowill own the data foundation the team runs on: dataset pipelines, labeling workflows, and data quality. Model quality is bottlenecked by data quality; this role removes that bottleneck. This role focuses on office administration, budget and expense management, vendor coordination, employee experience, and office events. About the position

This role owns how the SDK authenticates into each customer's own tenant across Endpoint Device Management platforms without OPSWAT ever holding the customer's raw credentials. That passthrough model, plus secure multi-tenant token and credential storage, is the core of the job.

It is a software engineer role with an identity specialization: you will be writing and shipping the auth layer of an embedded SDK, not administering an IAM deployment.

What you will be doing

• Design and implement OAuth2/OIDC flows per platform. For example the CrowdStrike API client-credentials flow, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) app-registration and Graph API auth flows, and JAMF Pro OAuth2/bearer or client-credentials flows

• Implement SAML 2.0-based federation for enterprise SSO passthrough scenarios where a customer's identity provider is the source of truth

• Build secure, multi-tenant credential and token storage with rotation, integrating with secrets managers such as HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault or AWS Secrets Manager

• Design the passthrough auth architecture so the embedded SDK authenticates to the customer's own device management tenant directly, without OPSWAT storing or proxying raw customer credentials

• Implement token refresh, expiry handling and re-authentication logic that integrates cleanly with the Data Engineer's long-running query pipelines

• Define least-privilege scoping per platform and support certificate-based auth and mutual TLS where the vendor API allows it

• Support customer onboarding: app-registration and consent flows for remote enrollment (Entra ID), API client setup (CrowdStrike), and API role and privilege configuration (JAMF Pro)

What we need from you

• Strong experience in a systems or compiled language: Rust, Go or similar producing native, cross-platform artifacts for Windows, macOS and Linux

• 3+ years in identity and access engineering with hands-on OAuth2, OIDC and SAML 2.0, and ideally SCIM

• Direct experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) app registrations and Graph API authentication flows

• Experience implementing OAuth2 client-credentials flows against third-party enterprise APIs such as CrowdStrike Falcon or JAMF Pro, or comparable

• Hands-on experience with at least one of: CrowdStrike Falcon API, Microsoft Graph API, or JAMF Pro API or a comparable UEM, EDR or MDM API

• A track record designing SDKs or libraries consumed by external developers or OEM partners, not only internal services

• Strong grasp of API contract design: semantic versioning, backward compatibility, deprecation strategy

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines producing multi-platform binary artifacts

• Ability to write clear technical design documents and drive a design review to a decision

• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English

It would be nice if you had

• Hands-on C/C++ experience building embeddable native SDK binaries - our existing OESIS SDK is C++, so this shortens ramp-up considerably

• Experience with ABI stability and cross-language bindings (CFFI, cgo, PyO3 or similar) for SDKs consumed from more than one language

• Background in cybersecurity, endpoint security, or unified endpoint management (UEM)

• Familiarity with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and device posture or compliance

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, SOX or HIPAA

• Familiarity with vulnerability and patch management concepts (CVE, NVD, SCAP) directly applicable to OESIS's existing domain

• Prior experience leading a small engineering pod of two to four people

• Open-source contributions to SDK, networking or API client projects
