As part of HR Asia’s preliminary survey, 2.5 million employees were surveyed across 20,000 organizations, including a quarter of all Fortune 500 companies. This provided a report benchmarking OPSWAT across market peers and employee expectations and trends. The survey used a 5-point scale to measure employee input, with 5 being the highest possible score, indicating strong satisfaction. Across all eight survey questions, OPSWAT scored an average of 0.66 points above the market.

Under the 2026 theme “People First Always,” HR Asia organized results around three priorities:

1. Every Voice Counts: Measuring employee feedback, engagement, and workplace culture.

OPSWAT addresses this priority through means such as engagement surveys, regular check-ins, and communication channels, ensuring that feedback helps shape workplace initiatives and employee experience. Additionally, the company celebrates employee contributions through recognition programs, awards and peer appreciation initiatives.

2. The Skills Race: Assessing corporate efforts in continuous learning, upskilling, and reskilling for the AI era.

Through supporting continuous learning via OPSWAT Academy, certified learning programs, AI upskilling initiatives and ongoing technical training, employees can leverage emerging technologies in order to enhance productivity and continuously develop future-ready skills. Via university partnerships, internship programs, and the OPSWAT Cybersecurity Fellowship Program, OPSWAT equips students and fresh graduates with relevant experience.
