OPSWAT Academy began 2026 with a series of partner-focused technical bootcamps designed to strengthen product expertise and support the global channel ecosystem. The first bootcamp took place in Mumbai, India (February 18–20), followed by two sessions in Timișoara, Romania (March 11–13 and March 18–20). These events brought together partners for immersive training that explored practical use cases across the OPSWAT platform and encouraged knowledge exchange among regional cybersecurity professionals.

A Strong Start in Mumbai

The Mumbai Partner Bootcamp marked the first OPSWAT Academy bootcamp of the year and an important step in expanding the program to a new region. The three-day event welcomed a full room of partners eager to deepen their technical understanding of OPSWAT solutions and how they can be applied to protect critical infrastructure.

Designed as a partner-dedicated technical training, the program focused on enabling participants to work more effectively with the OPSWAT platform in real-world environments. Sessions explored product capabilities, integration approaches, and deployment scenarios that partners frequently encounter when supporting customers. The discussions were highly technical, reflecting the experience level of the audience and the practical nature of the training.

The bootcamp training is eligible for ISC2 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits, supporting participants in maintaining their recognized cybersecurity certifications while building practical expertise

An additional highlight of the bootcamp was the introduction of “Cybersecurity Upside Down” by Benny Czarny. The book added an interesting dimension to the discussions, offering a different perspective on cybersecurity strategy and reinforcing the thinking behind the technologies explored throughout the sessions.

Continuing the Bootcamp Series in Timișoara

Following the successful kickoff in Mumbai, OPSWAT Academy continued the bootcamp series in Timișoara, Romania, with two partner sessions held on March 11–13 and March 18–20. By hosting multiple sessions, the Timișoara bootcamp created more opportunities for partners to participate and engage in the training.

The expansion of the bootcamp series across regions reflects OPSWAT Academy’s ongoing commitment to supporting OPSWAT’s partner ecosystem. By providing hands-on technical education and fostering collaboration among cybersecurity professionals, these events aim to strengthen the collective expertise needed to address today’s evolving threat landscape.
