My OPSWAT Portal v2026.3.2.0 introduces new capabilities for vulnerability reporting, multi-factor authentication, hardware order management, and partner deal registration.
The release gives customers and partners more self-service capabilities to complete important tasks, monitor activity, and manage security-related workflows directly in the My OPSWAT™ Portal.
OPSWAT Vulnerability Program

Security is a shared responsibility. Collaboration with the research community helps OPSWAT identify and remediate vulnerabilities more efficiently, strengthening protection for customers.
Security researchers can now report vulnerabilities affecting eligible OPSWAT products, services, and websites through My OPSWAT Portal as part of the OPSWAT Vulnerability Program.
Email-Based Multi-Factor Authentication

Email is now available as a multi-factor authentication method for signing in to My OPSWAT Portal.
Authenticator applications may not be practical in government, defense, and other high-security environments where access to personal devices is restricted. Email-based MFA provides another way for users to protect their accounts while working within those operational requirements.
During enrollment, users can select the authentication method that best fits their environment. Users can also change MFA methods through their account settings.
End-to-End Hardware Management

The new Hardware Orders tab provides a dedicated workspace for managing OPSWAT hardware orders. Hardware order information is now available directly from the left navigation menu instead of being grouped under License Management.
A summary at the top of the page shows:
- Total hardware orders
- Total hardware units
- Hardware units requiring attention
Customers can now submit hardware RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests directly in the My OPSWAT Portal, then track status and communicate with OPSWAT on each request from the Support page. Partners can submit requests on behalf of their customers.

[For Partners] Deal Registration Stage Email Notifications
Partners now get email notifications when registered deals move to a new stage, making it easier to track progress and act on the next step.
