The latest update to My OPSWAT Portal introduces a new inactive user status, a redesigned OEM Portal, and mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication. Together, these updates give administrators more flexible, self-service control over user access, bring OEM customers full visibility into their licenses, and strengthen protection for every account.

Release Highlights

  • Redesigned OEM Portal: A refreshed OEM landing page with full visibility into OEM licenses
  • Inactive User Status: Manage access more flexibly with the ability to directly set users to inactive, without needing a support ticket
  • Mandatory MFA: Multi-Factor Authentication now required for all users signing in to My OPSWAT Portal

A Redesigned OEM Portal With Full License Visibility

The OEM Portal landing page in My OPSWAT Portal has been redesigned to make it easier for OEM customers to navigate and find information about OPSWAT's OEM solutions, now with a new dedicated section that keeps you up to date with the latest OPSWAT webinars.

OEM customers can now view their OEM-specific licenses right in the Portal, with each license's modules, status, and expiration date in a single view. The license file is ready to download, so tracking licenses and renewal dates stays effortless.

Inactive User Status for More Flexible Access Control

Administrators can now set a user to inactive directly in My OPSWAT Portal, without contacting support. When a team member leaves or no longer needs access, mark them as inactive to remove their access right away while keeping their account on record. If their role changes or they return, you can reactivate them just as easily.

It's a faster, self-service way to manage who has access to your organization’s data, with full control and no waiting.

Mandatory MFA: An Extra Layer of Security for Every Account

As of June 17, 2026, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is required for all users when accessing My OPSWAT Portal, except for those who sign in through your organization's own IdP (identity provider).

This update is part of a broader authentication security enhancement initiative that strengthens account protection, safeguards access to your organization's data and resources, and aligns My OPSWAT Portal authentication with industry best practices.
