My OPSWAT Portal v2025.2.1 introduces two powerful updates that streamline how users join organizations and how partners support their customers. These enhancements are designed to reduce manual effort, tighten security, and improve the overall user experience—whether you're managing users in a global enterprise or ensuring customers stay ahead of license renewals.

Verified Email Domains: Simplifying Organization Onboarding

Managing access to an organization has previously required admins to manually invite each new user—often a time-consuming process, especially for large teams. Recognizing the need for a more efficient approach, we've introduced the Organization Email Domains feature. Admins can now specify verified email domains, allowing users with matching email addresses to request access to the organization directly.

Organization admins still maintain control by reviewing and approving these requests, ensuring proper oversight while improving operational efficiency.

Key Benefits

Enhanced Security

Domain-based access requests ensure that only users with verified organizational email addresses can seek membership, aligning with security policies.

Improved User Experience

Users can easily identify and request access to their organization, accelerating their onboarding and integration into the portal.

[For Partners] Customer License Expiration Notifications

Previously, OPSWAT partners had to manually track customer license expiration dates, which created operational bottlenecks and potential security concerns.

Partners can now subscribe to receive license expiration notifications for their customers’ licenses. Notifications are sent at two key intervals—60 days and 30 days before license expiration—giving partners enough lead time to follow up and ensure continuity of service.
