Cloud Security for Salesforce Adds Support for Large File Sizes 

For organizations leveraging Salesforce as their CRM hub, securing large files can pose a significant challenge. The current Salesforce implementation has 10MB file size limit due to its heap size (6MB for sync, and 12MB for async), which often necessitates inconvenient workarounds – breaking down files, utilizing external storage, or even forgoing collaboration on critical documents. These approaches disrupt workflows and introduce potential security vulnerabilities. 

Cloud Security for Salesforce offers a powerful solution, eliminating the file size barrier while ensuring the utmost security for your data. You can now scan files larger than 10MB on Salesforce.  

On the OPSWAT Settings page, you’ll find a dropdown menu to enable/disable the ability to scan files which are larger than 10MB. When enabled, scanning larger file sizes is allowed; disabling this feature will automatically block file sizes larger than 10MB.
