We are excited to announce the launch of OPSWAT Community Forum, available for free to our customers, partners, and anybody else interested in leading edge cyber security solutions.

Through the forum you can interact directly with your peers and the OPSWAT team to ask questions, get answers, share ideas, and discuss topics related to OPSWAT products and solutions. It also provides a platform for our community members to suggest and vote on product enhancements.

With over 1,000 customers, some of whom have been using OPSWAT products for over a decade, and over 2,000 users certified in the OPSWAT Academy, we believe this open community will be a great addition to the other resources OPSWAT offers to ensure our customers’ success protecting their critical infrastructure.

How do I access the Community Forum?

Registered OPSWAT Portal users will see a new Community label on the header menu bar at portal.opswat.com. Simply click on that link and you will have full access to the forum.

If you are not a registered portal user, register for an account today! It’s free and its easy. You can also access the Community Forum as a guest, which will let you read existing topics, but you will not be able to post. Simply go to the Services link in the top navigation bar at www.opswat.com and choose Community from the dropdown.

What will I find there?

Once you are on the OPSWAT Community Forum homepage, finding what you need is simple. The top of the page provides you the option to filter your view to a specific product line, to look at the existing set of feature requests, or to search for a specific topic

On the lower part of the page you will find the topics associated with your filter conditions on the right side of the page, and buttons to start a new topic (Ask a Question) or to log a new feature request.

We have tried to make it simple and intuitive to find what you are looking for.
