The Position

OPSWAT is now searching for a mid-to-senior level Cybersecurity Consultant  (Delivery Engineer)  to join our Global Customer Experience team and help our customers in Japan. In the Professional Service capacity, the engineer will respond to customers’ technical queries and issues with the goal of resolving them quickly and satisfactorily, including escalating bugs to the R&D team and coordinating the process to get the customer’s environment properly patched or upgraded. In the Professional Services capacity, the engineer will implement and integrate OPSWAT products and solutions purchased by customers, offer advice on best practices, provide knowledge transfer on administering the solution, and expose the customer to other OPSWAT solutions that might benefit them. The Joint Professional Services and Technical Support Engineer also works to mentor and lead others on the support team, to improve customer support processes, to maintain strong customer satisfaction, and to influence the product roadmap. As a member of a dynamic company, he or she also gets involved in other activities such as technical assistance to the Sales team, helping to test and assess new products and product releases, and other special projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Working closely with technically oriented customers (typical customers are engineers and IT personnel).

The Position

OPSWAT is now searching for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Support team. The Technical Support Engineer manages customer issues to ensure that they are resolved quickly and satisfactorily. He or she also works to mentor and lead others on the support team, to improve customer support processes, to maintain strong customer satisfaction, and to influence the product roadmap. As a member of a small and dynamic company, he or she also gets involved in other activities such as technical assistance to the Sales team, helping customers integrate OSPWAT products, helping to test and assess new products and product releases, and other special projects. We are looking for an energetic and motivated person who likes interacting with customers, tinkering with software, learning about new technologies, and “doing what it takes,” to contribute to OPSWAT’s quick growth.

What You Will Be Doing

• Customer Issue Management:
• Review and prioritize the queue of open tickets, ensuring timely resolution of each issue.
• Track customer status for each ticket, including support level, previous interactions, and satisfaction level.

The Position 

This position is at our front lines, actively coordinating between engineering, sales, and our customers. You will assist in supporting our catalog of cybersecurity products from troubleshooting issues for clients who have deployed our products to innovating exciting ways to help us always improve our products. What You Will Be Doing 

• Provides software application & technical support to clients for our product catalog.

What We Need From You

• Understanding of networking and systems including OSI model, Purdue Model, RADIUS, Active Directory, Office 365, authentication protocols. 
• Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and advising using GUI and CLI for Linux.

The Position

The Head of Revenue Operations will partner with Simon and GTM leaders to unlock growth and operational excellence across Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, and Channel Operations. Your mission: build the strategy, processes, and tools that fuel our global sales engine. You will help Sales accelerate revenue growth by removing friction, reducing operational burdens, and enabling sellers to focus on customers.

What You Will Be Doing

Own Tier-2 HR case resolution and regulatory processing for the Americas. You'll execute higher-complexity lifecycle tasks, ensure pristine employee data across TriNet, BambooHR, and Greenhouse, and deliver required filings (EEO-1, AAP data, California Pay Data, Colorado FAMLI, BLS). You will also manage sensitive items like I-9s, immigration/work permits, leaves/ADA, and bonus letter administration—working closely with Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Legal, and Regional HR. 

Recruitment Coordination 

• Schedule interviews for qualified candidates as directed by recruiters. 
• Assist with preparation of offer letters. 
• Run background checks 

On/Off-boarding & Employee Data 

• Create new hire records in TriNet and BambooHR; validate Greenhouse handoff and upload all start documents. 
• Manage pre-start communications (new hire and manager) and Buddy assignment confirmations. 
• Process I-9 (and E-Verify if applicable) and complete BambooHR onboarding tasks. 
• Execute offboarding tasks in BambooHR and collect exit interview feedback.

• Administer KPI/bonus payments (data entry and quality checks) and generate/upload bonus letters. 

Leaves & Immigration 

• Coordinate LOA/ADA: manage employee communications, maintain leave calendars for payroll, and update records. 
• Support immigration/work permits: case tracking, document collection, and vendor coordination. 

Compliance, Audits & Reporting 

• Run data-integrity audits across TriNet, BambooHR, and Greenhouse; investigate and correct discrepancies. 
• Partner on data security, privacy, and protection audits; maintain evidence, logs, and remediation tracking. 
• Prepare datasets/filings for: EEO-1, Affirmative Action Plan reporting, California Pay Data Reporting, Colorado FAMLI reporting, and the BLS Survey. 

What We Need From You

• 3–5+ years in HR Operations/Shared Services (Tier-2 or equivalent). 
• Hands-on with TriNet, BambooHR, and Greenhouse; strong HR data/reporting skills (Excel pivots/lookups; BI a plus). 
• Working knowledge of I-9, EEO-1/AAP, California Pay Data, Colorado FAMLI, BLS, ADA/LOA, and basic immigration processes.

The position:

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing the procurement process for our company, ensuring strict adherence to purchasing and contracting policies. Additionally, they will be responsible for optimizing company expenditure through the implementation of competitive bidding processes and effective negotiation with potential suppliers and vendors.

What You Will Do:

• Perform all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management.
• Ensure operational compliance with purchasing and contracting policies.
• Liaise with key company employees to determine their product and service needs.
• Ensure all necessary legal and risk management approvals associated with sourcing solutions has been obtained.
• Manage overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement for the organization.
• Create policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation.
• Identify and develop Sourcing Strategies to deliver savings and improve internal efficiency.

• Over 5 years of hand-in purchasing experience in facilitating Purchase Order (PO) process.
• Proficient negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive cost savings and negotiate favorable contract terms.

What We Need from You 

• You have a minimum of 3 years successfully selling technology products and solutions to businesses
• You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• You have a successful record of accomplishment managing enterprise accounts
• You are comfortable working through structured retention cycles as well as developing and executing tailored account retention plans

The Position

The Solutions Engineer will be the primary technical sales resource for our Central Europe regional sales team and will assist in identifying customer challenges and driving technical alignment between customer needs and the OPSWAT solutions. You will serve as a product and industry expert, effectively describing and demonstrating our solution as well as promoting our vision and approach. You will be a trusted point of contact for our customers while advancing the sales process.

At the same time, you will be a liaison to the engineering team to drive the direction of the product. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience as a member of a corporate sales team and a career track record of supporting large and complex enterprise sales.

We are interested in candidates based in Poland or Germany with Polish or German as a primary language and English as secondary.

What You Will Be Doing

· Work with the OPSWAT sales team as well as partners to drive Enterprise business

· Manage customer requirements, expectations, and solution buy-in

· Build customer’s confidence and awareness in our products/solutions

· Manage, deliver, and present detailed responses to industry RFPs

· Train and certify resellers and partners

· Present at Conferences and Seminars

· Support proof of concepts, implementations and installs as needed to successfully satisfy customer requirements

What We Need From You 

· 5+ years of cybersecurity or networking software sales engineering or technical sales experience

· Excellent track record in developing new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets

· Comfortable leading discussions within the cybersecurity domain to all customer levels (CISO to IT administrator)

· Strong presentation and application demo skills

· Experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise applications in Windows and Linux environments

· A self-motivator who thrives on identifying and resolving customer pain points.

It Would Be Nice If You Had

· Experience in enterprise software or networking solutions, ideally within the network or device security space

· Knowledge of Sandbox and anti-malware products and markets

· A technical understanding of APIs

· Experience working with CRM software
