Staff Product Marketing Manager

The Position
As a Staff Product Marketing Manager, you will drive go-to-market success for our technology solutions globally. This is a strategic individual contributor role where you'll own positioning, messaging, and sales enablement, bridging product innovation with market impact.
You'll work closely with Product Management, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to translate complex product capabilities into clear value, compelling narratives, and effective go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate synthesizes customer insights, competitive intelligence, and product roadmaps into clear strategies, then drives execution through strong cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Be Doing
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches:
- Partner with Product Management to drive releases: owning positioning, launch execution, and cross-functional alignment
- Own go-to-market strategies connecting product capabilities to customer needs, use cases, and outcomes
- Define and track success through adoption signals, pipeline impact, and sales readiness
- Product Messaging & Positioning:
- Develop and evolve value propositions and messaging for key buyer personas (business leaders, IT, security, technical users)
- Translate technical concepts into clear, credible, and differentiated messaging
- Ensure consistent positioning across sales, marketing, and customer-facing materials
- Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence:
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets: battlecards, presentations, solution overviews, and training materials
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform positioning and GTM decisions
- Lead win/loss reviews and turn insights into actionable improvements for messaging and sales execution
- Market Intelligence & Customer Insights:
- Capture customer and market insights through research, analysis, and internal feedback
- Apply insights to influence messaging, go-to-market execution, and product collaboration
- Stay current on technology trends and evolving customer needs
- Technical Content & Demonstrations:
- Drive the creation of product demos, solution narratives, and technical assets (guides, videos, demo flows)
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Product on strategic opportunities requiring technical positioning and storytelling
- Focus on clarity and customer relevance rather than deep engineering ownership
What We Need from You
- 4+ years of experience in product-related marketing, product management, sales engineering, or adjacent roles within B2B software, SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML
- 4+ years of experience contributing to or executing go-to-market initiatives, including launches, messaging, sales enablement, demos, or customer education.
- 2+ years of experience in conducting market, competitive, or customer research, with the ability to turn insights into positioning and messaging.
- Strong ability to learn complex products quickly and translate capabilities into clear business and customer value.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with confidence engaging diverse audiences.
- Experience using product and marketing frameworks, project or knowledge management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Obsidian), AI-powered tools, and collaborative design platforms (e.g., Figma, Miro, Mural)
- Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced software environment with increasing ownership
- Passion for emerging technologies; prior exposure to Cybersecurity is a strong plus, but not required
