A deep understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, interaction patterns, information architecture, visual hierarchy, design systems, responsive layouts, component libraries, and accessibility standards is essential.

This role will report to a regional Product Design Manager and will work closely with engineering, product management, brand design, and other cross-functional partners to execute projects from concept to implementation. In this fast-paced environment, you must be capable of juggling multiple projects, maintaining various schedules, and working with a global team spread across the USA, Europe, and Asia. Your ultimate goal is to produce intuitive, high-quality product experiences that drive user adoption and satisfaction.

What you will be doing

  • Design UX and UI for assigned product areas under Design Manager guidance
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs
  • Partner with product managers to understand user needs and experience priorities
  • Participate in design discussions and contribute ideas under Design Manager guidance
  • Create responsive designs that maintain usability and visual quality across breakpoints
  • Apply design system standards consistently and flag gaps or opportunities
  • Manage assigned projects, tracking timelines and communicating status

What we need from you

    • 2-4 years professional experience in product design (UX/UI)
    • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, User Experience, HCI, or related field; strong portfolio may substitute for formal education
    • Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI craft across web or mobile
    • Working knowledge of user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design
    • Proficient in Figma including prototyping and component usage
    • Familiar with project management platforms (JIRA)
    • Working knowledge of usability heuristics, accessibility standards, and UX best practices
    • Working knowledge of responsive design, color theory, typography, and spacing
    • Interest in creating intuitive, beautiful interfaces grounded in user needs
    • Detail-oriented with attention to experience quality and visual execution
    • Able to manage assigned projects and meet deadlines
    • Receptive to feedback and willing to iterate on work

    Nice to have:

    • Flexibility to coordinate with colleagues in different time zones.
    • User research and usability testing tools (UserTesting, Maze, etc.)
    • Front-end development awareness (HTML/CSS)
    • Motion/micro-interaction design
    • Cybersecurity or SaaS product experience
