The Position

OPSWAT is on a mission to redefine commercial sales in cybersecurity—and we’re looking for a leader who thrives in the fast lane. In 2025, we launched a dedicated Commercial Sales team targeting organizations in the commercial and midmarket segments. Starting with just four sellers and zero pipeline, this team exceeded all expectations in year one. Now, we’re scaling from 4 to 6 high-performing Account Executives, and we need a Commercial Sales Leader who can turn momentum into market dominance. 

This is your chance to lead a high-velocity, growth-focused team in one of the most dynamic segments of cybersecurity. If you know how to build repeatable processesleverage channel partnerships, and develop elite talent, you’ll have the runway to make a massive impact. 

What You Will be Doing

  • Lead & Scale: Own a team of 6 AEs driving new business and expansion (renewals handled separately). 
  • Accelerate Growth: Each AE closes 4–6 deals per quarter with sales cycles of 3–7 months—you’ll help them go faster. 
  • Build Pipeline: Create a predictable engine for activity, forecasting, and pipeline generation. The team generates 50% of its own pipeline—this is a true hunting role. 
  • Channel First: Treat partners like customers. Build joint strategies that unlock hyper-growth. 
  • Recruit & Retain: Hire the best, coach for excellence, and foster a culture of accountability and achievement. 
  • Collaborate: Partner with marketing, enablement, and product teams to amplify success. 

What We Need from You 

  • Proven Leadership: 2–3+ years leading commercial sales teams in SaaS or cybersecurity. 
  • Process Obsessed: You know how to scale with discipline and data. 
  • Channel Champion: You’ve turned partners into growth engines.
