If one instance becomes unavailable, another operational instance can be configured to take over, helping ensure near-continuous uptime. Scalability: Larger organizations or those with dynamic capacity requirements can scale horizontally. Additional EGS instances can be introduced to handle increased email volumes while sharing the same database cluster, optimizing performance without disrupting existing workflows.
