Protecting the World’s Critical Infrastructure

OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS critical infrastructure cybersecurity, delivers an end-to-end platform that gives public and private sector organizations and enterprises the critical advantage needed to protect their complex networks, secure their devices, and ensure compliance. Over the last 20 years our commitment to innovative technology has earned the trust of more than 1,700 organizations, governments, and institutions globally, solidifying our role in protecting the world’s critical infrastructure and securing our way of life.

The Position

The Regional Sales Manager for UAE Energy, Utilities & Manufacturing is a significant driver of company revenue and growth, responsible for expanding OPSWAT's footprint across the UAE's most strategically critical accounts. Your focus will be on Oil & Gas operators, nuclear energy facilities, power and water utilities, and downstream manufacturing — a vertical where cybersecurity is increasingly mandated at the board level.

You will develop and execute strategic account plans targeting deployments of OPSWAT's cybersecurity platforms — including MetaDefender, Secure MFT, and Data Diode solutions — across IT/OT environments within National Oil Companies, utilities, and critical infrastructure operators. You will inherit an active pipeline of enterprise accounts including relationships with major UAE energy and utilities players, and be expected to deepen those relationships while hunting for new logos within the vertical.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling into OT/ICS environments, understands the unique security challenges of air-gapped networks and critical infrastructure compliance, and has a proven track record closing multi-million-dollar deals with government-affiliated entities and large industrial enterprises in the GCC.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Strategically target business opportunities across Oil & Gas (upstream, midstream, downstream), nuclear energy, power & water utilities, and OT/manufacturing — accounts where OPSWAT's Data Diode, MetaDefender, and Secure MFT solutions address mandatory compliance and operational security requirements.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of active enterprise accounts, including National Oil Companies, nuclear operators, and water & electricity authorities across the UAE — while proactively hunting new logos in adjacent verticals.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that speak to the OT/IT convergence challenges, air-gap security needs, and regulatory obligations (UAE NIA, ADNOC CIMS, Critical Infrastructure Protection frameworks) of each target account.
  • Communicate value propositions that resonate with both OT engineers and C-level executives at asset-intensive, government-affiliated entities — translating technical cybersecurity outcomes into operational risk reduction and compliance narratives.
  • Leverage OPSWAT's channel partner ecosystem in the UAE (including regional system integrators and distributors) to co-sell and expand coverage across accounts where direct access is limited.

What We Need from You

  • A minimum of 5 years successfully selling cybersecurity or OT/industrial technology solutions to enterprise customers in the UAE, with demonstrable experience closing deals with energy sector accounts (NOCs, utilities, nuclear, or downstream manufacturing).
  • Proven track record selling into asset-heavy, government-affiliated organizations where procurement cycles are long, technical validation is rigorous, and relationship depth is the key differentiator.
  • Deep familiarity with OT/ICS security concepts — including network segmentation, Data Diodes, air-gapped environments, and secure file transfer in industrial settings — and the ability to articulate OPSWAT's value across both IT and OT stakeholder audiences.
  • Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales in the UAE, including working with channel partners, system integrators, and distributors to progress deals within accounts that require local channel engagement (ADNOC-approved vendors, DEWA supply chain requirements, etc.).
  • Comfort operating at the C-level and with CISO/CTO audiences at major UAE energy and utilities entities, as well as engaging technical evaluators at the engineering and OT security manager level.
  • Strong understanding of UAE cybersecurity regulations relevant to critical infrastructure, including the UAE National Information Assurance (NIA) standards and sector-specific compliance frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or a technical discipline — or equivalent industry experience.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally across the GCC for customer engagements, site visits, and partner meetings.
  • Highly ethical, commercially driven, and capable of operating with autonomy in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
