The Position:
At OPSWAT, we build user-centric products to safeguard global critical infrastructure from cyber threats. We're at the forefront of Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) solutions and are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Product Marketing Creative Team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced designer capable of leading and evolving our creative marketing efforts across a diverse product portfolio. You will embody the brand, build a consistent and cohesive visual identity tailored to specific personas, and apply rigorous attention to detail. A deep understanding of style guides, spatial relationships, visual hierarchy, motion design, color theory, typography, design systems, responsive layouts, visual frameworks, and component libraries is essential.
This role will report to a regional Creative Leader, and will work closely with brand design, product design, web design, and other corporate functions to execute projects from concept to completion. In this fast-paced environment, you must be capable of juggling multiple projects, maintaining various schedules, and working with a global team spread across the USA, Europe, and Asia. Your ultimate goal is to produce best-in-class, award-level design work that drives leads.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with a global B2B cybersecurity brand currently in the hyper-growth stage.
- Influence the market's perception of OPSWAT Products with exceptional design.
- Create product marketing campaign collateral such as diagrams, PDFs, illustrations, and imagery.
- Design digital advertising assets such as banners, social ads, and landing pages.
- Manage your portfolio tasks and set priorities.
- Comply with visual systems including typography, iconography, and illustration.
- Ensure new design work aligns with user-centered principles, adheres to brand guidelines, and maintains a high quality.
- Verify your design work for pixel-perfect output.
What We Need From You:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Passion for marketing design, campaign creative, color theory, and typography.
- Bachelor's Degree and a compelling portfolio showcasing your best work
- Solid illustration skills
- Expertise in Adobe products such as Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Familiarity with user-first UX principles and empathetic design thinking.
- Understanding of component-driven atomic design.
- Superior analytical abilities and exceptional project management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Basic familiarity with project management platforms such as JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional level of English fluency.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner.
- Capability to maintain composure under pressure.
It Would Be Nice If You Have
- Flexibility to coordinate with colleagues in different time zones.
- Experience with video, animation, and motion design.
- Proficiency in 3D programs such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus.
