The Position
We are seeking a seasoned Global Procurement Manager to join our dynamic and globally connected team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead procurement initiatives across multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, META, and APJ), partnering with international stakeholders and executive leadership to drive strategic sourcing decisions at scale.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier pre-qualification, contract negotiation, tender management, and agreement execution.
- Design and build scalable procurement processes and frameworks aligned with company growth and global operations.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing and contracting policies, including legal and risk management approvals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective sourcing solutions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage procurement governance, including policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Partner closely with Finance on cost management, accruals, AP/PO processes, and issue resolution.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Business Technology, and other departments.
- Work closely with global teams across multiple time zones, ensuring responsiveness and alignment on procurement needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Educate employees on procurement policies, best practices, and sourcing strategies.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end PO approval process (including Tipalti or equivalent systems).
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on procurement experience, particularly in managing Purchase Order (PO) processes.
- Proven experience in building or transforming procurement processes within an organization.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage large-scale, global projects and engage effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of procurement best practices, contract law, and supply chain management principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

The Position
