What You Will Be Doing

  • Employee Life Cycle Management 
    • Lead onboarding and offboarding experiences that are engaging, memorable, and seamless. 
    • Continuously improve touchpoints across the employee journey to reflect our culture of care and excellence. 
    • Ensure compliance while balancing empathy, practicality, and business needs. 
  • People Business Partnering 
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, building relationships grounded in openness and trust. 
    • Partner with managers to foster engagement, resolve challenges, and support organizational growth. 
    • Provide guidance on organizational design, talent planning, and role clarity.  
  • Talent Management & Development 
    • Drive performance management processes that emphasize growth, feedback, and accountability. 
    • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and career pathing initiatives. 
    • Partner with leaders to create and deliver learning opportunities that advance skills and careers. 
  • Leadership Development 
    • Design and deliver leadership programs that prepare our leaders for today and tomorrow. 
    • Coach leaders to foster inclusive, high-performing teams. 
    • Align development initiatives with business strategy to maximize impact. 

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor’s degree in People/HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or certification preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in People, employee experience, or talent management roles. 
  • Proven expertise in onboarding, performance management, and talent development. 
  • Strong track record in leadership development and program facilitation. 
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

We have a market-based pay structure that varies by location. The base pay for this position is dependent on location, as outlined below, as well as the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for bonuses, benefits, and equity.

Base Pay Range: San Francisco Bay Area $150,000 - $170,000
