The Position
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Mid-Level Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid software engineering fundamentals, 5 years of hands-on development experience, and the ability to confidently work on complex back-end and front-end tasks. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5 years of professional experience in software development, with significant and deep experience customizing a major CRM platform (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
- Expert proficiency in PHP and JavaScript (including ES6+), as well as MySQL, HTML, and CSS. Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue) is a big plus.
- Deep understanding of MVC architecture and hands-on experience developing and integrating with RESTful APIs.

The Position
Lead the development and maturity of our internal supply chain for hardware that supports OPSWAT’s cybersecurity products. You will own end‑to‑end quality for servers, desktops, kiosks, and IoT devices—from supplier qualification and secure imaging to tamper‑evident packaging and field performance. This role expands the scope of our existing Quality Control Program to explicitly include secure supply‑chain leadership, HBOM/signing standards, and chain‑of‑custody controls.
You will oversee documentation for internal, government, and oversight audiences and maintain a hardware/technical library used across OPSWAT. This is an in-office position based in our Yobor City warehouse.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and Implement Quality & Supply‑Chain Procedures
- Design and execute comprehensive quality control plans to ensure the highest performance and reliability standards across all hardware SKUs.
- Mature a Supply Chain Risk Management program
- Define tamper‑evident, chain‑of‑custody packaging and document each custody event from CM/ODM to customer delivery.
- Secure Imaging, Firmware Integrity, and Updates

Analyze and Report Data
Build dashboards and publish weekly metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement: First‑Pass Yield, Supplier PPM/DPPM, OTIF, order accuracy, RMA rate by defect code, fulfillment cycle time, scan compliance, audit pass rate, and containment lead time.
Ensure Compliance
- Mature and maintain our ISO 9001:2015 QMS Program
- Align controls to ISO 9001:2015 and public‑sector requirements as applicable.
- Prepare audit evidence for customers and oversight agencies; maintain an auditable library of SOPs, work instructions, control plans, HBOMs, certificates, shipping attestations, and 8D reports.
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Lead PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) and DVP&R (Design Verification Plan & Report) for new SKUs; apply SPC (statistical process control) to reduce variability.
- Translate field learnings into supplier scorecards and engineering changes with measurable impact.
What We Need From You
5+ years in quality control or manufacturing quality, ideally in hardware, embedded systems, or security appliances/OT‑adjacent products (e.g., data diodes, kiosks, secure gateways).
Demonstrated ownership of secure imaging, HBOM management, and firmware signing/verification and update processes.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of hardware testing methodologies, tools, and best practices; familiarity with automated test frameworks.

The Position
Lead the development and maturity of our internal supply chain for hardware that supports OPSWAT’s cybersecurity products. You will own end‑to‑end quality for servers, desktops, kiosks, and IoT devices—from supplier qualification and secure imaging to tamper‑evident packaging and field performance. This role expands the scope of our existing Quality Control Program to explicitly include secure supply‑chain leadership, HBOM/signing standards, and chain‑of‑custody controls.

Ensure Compliance
- Mature and maintain our ISO 9001:2015 QMS Program

- Prepare audit evidence for customers and oversight agencies; maintain an auditable library of SOPs, work instructions, control plans, HBOMs, certificates, shipping attestations, and 8D reports.
Drive Continuous Improvement

- Translate field learnings into supplier scorecards and engineering changes with measurable impact.
What We Need From You
