We are a cutting-edge Cybersecurity company looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Legal Operations Specialist to help improve the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of our global legal function. This role is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of legal operations, technology, process improvement, and cross-functional enablement.

You will support the global legal team by improving workflows, administering and enhancing legal tools, building practical automations, strengthening legal knowledge resources, and helping drive consistent, scalable processes across the department.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining legal understanding with operational execution and is excited about using technology and AI to improve the way legal work gets done.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support optimization of legal department operations through improved workflows, automation, reporting, and process design.
  • Administer and enhance legal tools and systems, including intake processes, knowledge resources, dashboards, and self-service solutions.
  • Support contract operations, including repository hygiene, template governance, and playbook maintenance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal technology initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Prepare and maintain user guides, training materials, and process documentation to support adoption and consistency.
  • Support implementation of practical AI-enabled and automation solutions across legal workflows.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities to integrate AI into existing legal processes and tools, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Help track operational data and metrics to improve visibility, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Support additional legal and operational projects as business needs evolve.

What We Need From You:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in legal operations,  contract administration, legal technology support, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with legal or business systems, such as contract management, ticketing, workflow, knowledge management, or reporting tools.
  • Adaptability and resilience, with a growth mindset and comfort working in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong follow-through and ownership.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Interest in legal technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools, including willingness to learn and apply emerging AI capabilities in practical, responsible ways
  • Ability to evaluate AI supported features and workflows, provide feedback on tool accuracy, and help ensure AI outputs meet legal quality and governance standards.
  • Experience in a multinational company or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
  • Legal training and/or prior experience supporting an in-house legal team is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting corporate or compliance-related processes is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
  • On-site presence: 5 days in the office. 
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Legal education or equivalent relevant experience is an advantage
