My OPSWAT Portal is constantly evolving to meet the dynamic needs of our customers. The new My OPSWAT Portal v2025.1.4 represents our commitment to streamlining workflows, enhancing user experience, and providing more intuitive tools for both customers and partners. 

The latest release introduces a more intuitive tracking system for false detection submissions and a new feature designed to help partners manage customer licenses more efficiently. 

False Submission Tracking Made Easy: Automatic Case Creation and Updates 

False detection reports have always been a critical component of maintaining accurate security systems. This release streamlines the process by automatically generating a support case for each false detection report.

Additionally, we've added a dedicated False Detection Submissions tab on the Support page, providing real-time updates in a clear, structured format. Now, users can easily monitor the progress and resolution of their reports - all in one place.

Expanded Support Contacts Now Include Your Technical Account Manager 

For organizations that have purchased a TAM (Technical Account Manager) license, we've added the assigned TAM to the "Your OPSWAT Team" section on the Support page. This enhancement provides a direct point of contact for faster collaboration and more personalized assistance.

With this update, eligible organizations can easily find their dedicated TAM alongside existing OPSWAT contacts, ensuring streamlined communication and quicker resolution for technical and business inquiries.

Upgraded AI Chatbot for Smoother Support 

Our latest update boosts response speed and improves interaction quality, ensuring a smoother experience when finding answers or troubleshooting issues with our upgraded AI-powered assistant.

Organize Customer Licenses Effortlessly with New Partner License Notes 

For our valued partners, we've introduced a new feature to make customers’ license management more efficient. The Partner Note column in the Customer Licenses page allows partners to attach custom notes to licenses, providing the flexibility to organize and manage licenses according to their unique business requirements.

Partners can now:

  • Attach custom notes to individual licenses for quick reference  
  • Tag licenses by location or internal identifiers (e.g., contract owner, contract ID, reseller reference, etc.). 
  • Streamline internal tracking and client management processes
