OPSWAT Network Access Control (NAC) provides comprehensive visibility, control, and enforcement across network environments. By combining device posture assessment, authentication, policy enforcement, and threat detection, OPSWAT NAC enables organizations to securely manage access across wired, wireless, VPN, and BYOD environments while maintaining strong security and compliance standards.

We are looking for a hands-on Full‑Stack Developer to join the Network Access Control (NAC) team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams across the full product lifecycle. You will work on both backend services and user-facing applications, and you will see the direct impact of your work as it helps customers secure their most critical network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize full‑stack solutions for high‑performance and scalable Network Access Control systems.
  • Develop and maintain backend services including RESTful APIs, gRPC services, background jobs, and database integrations.
  • Design and implement frontend components and user interfaces for network management, monitoring, and reporting features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across both frontend and backend to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; contribute to technical documentation and system diagrams.
  • Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the full stack.
  • Apply best practices in secure coding, authentication, authorization, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end software solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in software development with hands-on experience across backend and frontend components.
  • Strong experience with Go for backend development, including Go Core, OOP, and Design Patterns.
  • Experience with Go backend frameworks such as Gin, Echo, or Go-kit.
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, gRPC, and JSON-based communication.
  • Experience building frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
  • Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, SSO, authentication mechanisms, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across frontend and backend layers.
  • Experience working with Linux environments, Docker, Microservices architecture, and Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Familiarity with platform-based or centralized network/security products.
  • Experience using JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and SonarQube.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Background in cybersecurity domains such as network security, device security, or access control systems.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
