We are happy to announce the rollout of a new update for mySignaturesOnline, our hosted email signature management solution for Office 365, Google Apps and hosted Exchange Server. The updated version includes a number of new features and enhancements:
- Display number of available licenses
- Option to keep configured signatures unlocked in Outlook Add-In
- Outlook 2003-2013 32-bit msi installer fix
- Email connector now enforces Office 365 account name character limit
- Performance improvements
The new version makes user management easier by showing how many user licenses have been used in email signature rules, helping you avoid going over your user count or alerting you to purchase more users when needed. To see the number of licenses used, go to Settings > User Connectors in the mySignaturesOnline portal. The number of users versus the number of available licenses will be displayed in the top right corner.
In addition, the new version now allows you to permanently enable or disable the locked signature in the mySignaturesOnline Outlook Add-In. To see the new feature, in Microsoft Outlook, go to File > Options > Add-ins. Select the 'mySignaturesOnline' add-in and go to Add-in options. Under Options you will now see Lock signature. If this option is enabled, the signature will be greyed out in Outlook, preventing the user from changing any signature settings. If this option is disabled, the user will be able to access signature settings in Outlook and apply changes as well as configure other email signatures.
