Role Overview

Lead a cross-functional team of AI engineers, security researchers, software engineers to deliver groundbreaking autonomous vulnerability management capabilities. Drive technical strategy while building a high-performing engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small but yet top-talented team engineers across AI, security, full-stack, and DevOps disciplines.

  • Drive technical architecture decisions for AI-powered vulnerability management system.

  • Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.

  • Establish software development process and engineering best practices - agile, high efficient and business oriented outcomes.

  • Oversee hiring and onboarding of technical talent in a competitive AI market.

  • Drive technical innovation while ensuring deliveries.

  • Establish metrics and engineering KPIs for performance and productivity.

  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years software engineering experience with 2+ years in management roles.

  • Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (4+ people).

  • Solid background in distributed and cloud based system.

  • Track record of delivering complex technical products to market.

  • Leadership skills: coaching, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.

  • Strategic thinking: ability to balance technical debt, innovation, and delivery.

  • Communication skills: presenting to executives and translating technical concepts.

  • Hiring experience: building teams and assessing technical talent.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • AI/ML domain expertise: hands-on experience with LLMs, multi AI agent systems.

  • Cybersecurity background: vulnerability management, threat intelligence, or security operations.

  • Experience in building products from 0-1 in fast-paced environments.

  • Community building experience.

  • Technical writing and public speaking experience.

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field.
