The Position
OPSWAT is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Vietnam-based team. This is a high-impact, "roll-up-your-sleeves" role within our Analytics Center of Excellence (ACoE), designed for a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to dive deep into the data.
The Impact You’ll Make
As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be a key partner to OPSWAT’s global leadership. You will work directly with business unit heads to translate complex requirements into actionable insights, supporting our international hubs in San Francisco, Tampa, London, and Israel.
What You Will be Doing
- Design advanced data visualization models to identify and predict trends and cause-and-effect relationships. Utilize these models to generate recommendations and measurably improve operational efficiency.
- Translate data findings into infographics, visualizations, and automated reports/ Power BI dashboard to effectively communicate them to various stakeholders and track results.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish a system of tools and techniques to enhance data analytics practice.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Bridge data between Marketing Operations, CX Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, & Finance to bring Go-To-Market insights to the business.
- Develop key performance indicators with leadership for multiple Business Strategy and Operations initiative.
What We Need from You
- 5 –7 years of experience with BI & analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel)
- Self-starter with ability to take initiative, seek information, work independently, and deliver complete projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using excel & solid experience with Power BI for modelling and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills for the purpose of communicating and presenting data.

What You Will Be Doing
- Platform Stewardship & Maintenance: Manage and maintain the existing Microsoft Fabric platform, ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of OneLake, Lakehouses, and Warehouses through proactive monitoring and capacity optimization.
- Infrastructure Enhancement: Propose and implement continuous improvements to the existing Fabric infrastructure and lead the design of new build roadmaps at least three quarters in advance.
- Real-Time Data Architecture: Gather requirements and design data architectures that serve data close to real-time for internal applications.

What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.

- Extensive experience with ETL/ELT tools and the ability to build complex ingestion frameworks for API-based data sources.

The Position
OPSWAT is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to lead the design, development, and evolution of our Go-to-Market technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for the platforms that power our sales, marketing, partner, and customer operations, with CRM at the center of the GTM technology stack. - Platform Stewardship & Maintenance: Manage and maintain the existing Microsoft Fabric platform, ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of OneLake, Lakehouses, and Warehouses through proactive monitoring and capacity optimization.
- Infrastructure Enhancement: Propose and implement continuous improvements to the existing Fabric infrastructure and lead the design of new build roadmaps at least three quarters in advance.

What We Need From You

The Position
OPSWAT is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to lead the design, development, and evolution of our Go-to-Market technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for the platforms that power our sales, marketing, partner, and customer operations, with CRM at the center of the GTM technology stack. - Act as part of a Global Service Desk providing L1/L2 IT support to 1,000+ users worldwide, serving as the first point of contact for incidents and service requests via Jira Service Management.
- Log, categorize, prioritize, escalate, and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with ITIL processes and defined SLA/OLA requirements.
