The Position
OPSWAT is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Vietnam-based team. This is a high-impact, "roll-up-your-sleeves" role within our Analytics Center of Excellence (ACoE), designed for a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to dive deep into the data.
The Impact You’ll Make
As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be a key partner to OPSWAT’s global leadership. You will work directly with business unit heads to translate complex requirements into actionable insights, supporting our international hubs in San Francisco, Tampa, London, and Israel.
What You Will be Doing
- Design advanced data visualization models to identify and predict trends and cause-and-effect relationships. Utilize these models to generate recommendations and measurably improve operational efficiency.
- Translate data findings into infographics, visualizations, and automated reports/ Power BI dashboard to effectively communicate them to various stakeholders and track results.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish a system of tools and techniques to enhance data analytics practice.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Bridge data between Marketing Operations, CX Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, & Finance to bring Go-To-Market insights to the business.
- Develop key performance indicators with leadership for multiple Business Strategy and Operations initiative.
What We Need from You
- 5 –7 years of experience with BI & analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel)
- Self-starter with ability to take initiative, seek information, work independently, and deliver complete projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using excel & Power BI for modelling and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills for the purpose of communicating and presenting data.

The Position: Director, Sales Finance
We are seeking a strategic Director, Sales Finance and Strategy to partner directly with our go-to-market leadership, CFO and CEO. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Drive topline (billing, revenue, ARR, etc.) annual operating planning process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range scenarios.

What You Will Be Doing
- Own and manage the company’s global privacy and compliance framework, including policies, templates, processes, and ongoing updates
- Work closely with our product, engineering, and security teams to provide guidance on issues related to privacy and AI throughout the entire product development lifecycle process
- Draft and maintain user-facing legal documents, including Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, DPAs, etc.
- Draft and negotiate agreements affecting the company’s products
- Aid in our global compliance program and monitor emerging AI/privacy legislation (e.g., GDPR, CPRA, EU AI Act)
- Counsel product and engineering teams on open-source license requirements, contributions, and usage
- Develop internal playbooks and training to raise awareness of privacy and AI considerations
What We Need from You
- 8+ years of experience (law firm and/or in-house), ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to AI and product development as well as applicable privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CPRA, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Experience in reviewing and implementing global privacy compliance programs
- CIPP/CIPM certifications an advantage
- JD and active membership in at least one state bar

The Position
As an FP&A, you will be a critical financial business partner to support our Senior FP&A Manager of Go-To-Market and own GTM business partnership. - Experience with IPO readiness and preparing beat and raise financial models.

The Position
As an FP&A, you will be a critical financial business partner to support our Senior FP&A Manager of Go-To-Market and own GTM business partnership. Your role will be instrumental in guiding financial strategies and decision-making, specifically related to developing and delivering an effective Go-To-Market strategy, as well as defining and monitoring KPIs aligned with achieving strategic objectives related to topline growth. You will leverage your expertise to drive financial planning, processes improvements, and support the GTM departments to optimize resource allocation and prioritize high-ROI investments. What You Will Be Doing
- Support end-to-end revenue analysis: Reporting and forecasting process. Identify drivers of business performance and synthesize for executive-level communication. Forecast short and long-term revenue, ARR, billings and bookings forecasts to guide financial and strategic decisions.
- Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders, translating business strategies into financial outcomes. Offer guidance on planning, budgeting, and performance management. Assess the ROI of investments, and make recommendations to guide team resource allocation in support of strategic initiatives.
- Annual Planning: Support cross-functional annual planning process, bridging company-wide KPIs to team-level investment decisions across GTM teams. Identify gaps and overlaps across the organization and make recommendations to help OPSWAT scale efficiently and successfully.
- Strategic Decision Support: Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis, including 3-statement models, to support investment decisions and operational improvements.
- Month-End Close & Variance Analysis: Analyze actuals vs. forecast and budget to ensure accuracy and accountability. Identify key variances and work with teams to refine forecasts and improve financial discipline.
- Management Reporting: Develop and distribute monthly and quarterly reports, metrics, and dashboards for leadership review. Advance our reporting infrastructure through automation, visualizations, and streamlined processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and tools—enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Supporting FP&A Senior Manager: Partner with and provide day-to-day support to the Senior FP&A Manager, assisting with deliverables across forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc analysis

- Mim 4+ years in FP&A or similar roles with experience in SaaS or technology companies a plus. Experience supporting GTM teams is plus.
