Communication Tools are supplanting phone calls and emails as the default method of employees to communicate within the enterprise in live, prompt and streamlined manner.
The Device Posture Module detects endpoint clients of communication tools such as Atlassian, Zoom, Jabber, Skype, Slack and Telegram installed on the device. Detection is important to facilitate compliance with corporate or regulatory policies dictating which tools are permitted and by identifying devices running unsanctioned tools that increase the risk of data exfiltration or abuse by employees of corporate acceptable use policies.

Retrieve the running state of the software application and the directory in which it’s installed.

Start or suspend the application.
