The Position

OPSWATseeks a dynamic and results-driven Americas Channel Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across our channel partner ecosystem in North America and Latin America. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience in channel or partner marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving growth through partner engagement. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Channel Strategy & Planning:  Develop and execute regional channel marketing plans aligned with business objectives, sales goals, and partner needs. 
  • Partner Enablement:  Create and deliver marketing programs, toolkits, and campaigns that empower partners to drive demand and increase brand visibility. 
  • Campaign Execution:  Manage co-marketing initiatives, including joint campaigns, events, webinars, and digital programs with key partners. 
  • Partner Portal Management:  Own and maintain the partner portal content, ensuring it is consistently updated with relevant campaigns, sales playbooks, and enablement materials. 
    • Collaborate with internal teams to curate and publish assets tailored to partner needs. 
    • Monitor portal engagement and optimize content based on usage data and partner feedback. 
    • Ensure timely localization and accessibility for regional audiences as needed. 
  • Partner Communication:  Lead ongoing communication efforts with channel partners to ensure alignment and engagement. 
    • Develop and distribute a monthly partner newsletter featuring key updates, new campaigns, product launches, and success stories. 
    • Coordinate and manage event communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups for webinars, trainings, and in-person events. 
    • Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all partner touchpoints. 
  • Performance Tracking:  Monitor and analyze campaign performance, partner engagement, and ROI; provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Work closely with sales, channel sales, solution engineering, product marketing, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints. 
  • Budget Management:  Oversee channel marketing budgets, MDF (Market Development Funds), and ensure efficient allocation and reporting. 
  • Travel & Event Support:  Support and attend key partner and industry events across the Americas region. 
    • Up to 25% travel is required to support in-person partner meetings, events, and field marketing activities. 

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing. 
  • Proven success in developing and executing partner marketing programs. 
  • Strong understanding of the Americas market landscape and partner ecosystems. 
  • Experience managing partner portals or digital content platforms. 
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and partner portals is a plus. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/French, or English/Portuguese) is a strong advantage.
