The Position:
We're currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern based in Tokyo/Japan to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in marketing and will play a key role in assisting with the planning, execution, and promotion of lead-generation events and campaigns in Japan.
We provide a dynamic and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and learning. As a Marketing Intern, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in both Social Media Management (50%) and Marketing Event Coordination (50%), within the B2B tech and Cybersecurity industry, helping to drive our brand awareness and lead-generation efforts in Japan.
This is long term internship position from Sep 2025 to Feb 2026 or longer. Paid Internship. Commuting fee will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of marketing events and campaigns in Japan
- Posting Social Media (i.e. LinkedIn and Facebook) from company account in local languages regularly
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event promotion and execution.
- Assist in the development of event-related promotional materials, such as email campaigns, social media posts, and blog content.
- Monitor and analyze event performance, offering insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Update Japanese versions of our website.
What We Need From You:

The Position

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in field marketing and communications. The Field Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Global Events & Communications and collaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales for EMEA and the EMEA sales teams. Field Marketing Alignment and Execution:
- Tradeshow and conferences across Central, Southern and Eastern Europe

Sales Alignment & Support:

The Position

Key Responsibilities
- Demand Gen Strategy: Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution to drive high-quality leads and revenue pipeline, focused on key solutions of OPSWAT’s MetaDefender platform including Managed File Transfer, Email Security and Storage Security.
- Multi-Channel Execution: Collaborate with our digital marketing team to design, launch, and optimize high-impact, integrated campaigns for highly regulated industries such as energy, manufacturing, and technology. Utilize a strategic mix of channels—including email, SEM, LinkedIn, ABM, industry review sites, and third-party sponsorships—to maximize reach, generate qualified leads, and deliver measurable ROI.
- AI-Led Marketing Innovation: Learn and leverage AI tools (generative AI, intent-based personalization) to scale campaign velocity and precision targeting.
- Lead Nurturing & Funnel Progression: Create full-funnel content journeys both through sale outreach and retargeting campaigns that remain aligned with buyer intent and continue to showcase OPSWAT’s credibility in solving critical file security use cases including secure managed file transfer, enterprise data storage security, and numerous deployments of email security protection
- Revenue Attribution & Reporting: Leverage Salesforce, HubSpot and BI dashboards to monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and report on contribution to pipeline and bookings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Product Marketing, Sales, and other relevant teams to fine-tune messaging on advanced malware prevention, zero-day threats, and compliance.
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience in cybersecurity or adjacent tech industries
- Demonstrated success running multi-channel campaigns targeting highly technical buyer personas
- Fluency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), analytics (Power BI), AI tools (ChatGPT, Gamma) and Intent tools (6sense)

The Position
OPSWAT is seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing efforts and drive business growth in Central, Southern and Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in field marketing and communications. The Field Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Global Events & Communications and collaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales for EMEA and the EMEA sales teams. You will also work closely with corporate marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and regional sales and government teams – along with our network of channel partners.
What You Will Be Doing
Field Marketing Alignment and Execution:
- Tradeshow and conferences across Central, Southern and Eastern Europe
- Marketing investment appraisal and recommendation
- Submit event and field marketing content for social media
- Manage local marketing spend and processes adherence
Sales Alignment & Support:
- Assist OPSWAT sales teams with region-focused marketing activities, such as webinars, local collaboration, and marketing material creation and localization
- Manage lead flow and follow-up reporting outcomes for all activities
Channel Partners
- Plan and manage regular partner webinars
- Assist with planning / leading partner summits
- Provide planning and program management support for joint marketing investments and programs
- Review and provide feedback on marketing plans – and assist partners in executing plans
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years B2B technology field marketing experience
- Experience setting up and managing webinars and in-person events
- Experience executing outbound email marketing and social media campaigns
- Experience building marketing plans with channel partners and managing an MDF program
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to work with remote teams with a high level of autonomy
- Self-motivation , intellectual curiosity with a winning attitude, agile, take pride in exceeding sales goals
- Passion to continuously monitor success of marketing initiatives, proactively engage with partners and stakeholders, and implement new ideas to improve performance
- Ability to travel throughout EMEA as necessary
- Excellent speaking, writing, analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
- Native or fluent German speaker, based in Germany.
It Would Be Nice If You Had
- Hands-on experience working with a CRM system – Hubspot and Salesforce are preferred
- Hands-on experience working with a PRM system – Allbound is a plus
- Government channel and sales experience preferred
- 5+ years B2B tech channel marketing and operations experience - cybersecurity and / or enterprise SaaS experience is a plus

As an SDR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales initiatives by assisting with lead generation, market research, and outreach efforts across the GCR region. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing, qualifying, and prospecting inbound and outbound marketing leads through targeted initiatives.

The Position
In full hyper-growth mode, OPSWAT is looking for that next action-oriented and results-driven SDR who will deliver on expectations and has a proven track record of overachieving against goals, metrics, and quotas.
Working out of our headquarters in Tampa, Florida, you will be responsible for booking meetings for your sales partners through inbound marketing leads, focused vertical leads and net new, self-generated leads, as well as targeted outbound initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Sales Development Representative at OSPWAT, your main driver is to engage prospective clients, create excitement, articulate the value, and schedule product demonstrations which you assign to the Account Executives. Your efforts will be an integral part of building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for OPSWAT while contributing to revenue growth of our company.
- Manage, qualify, and prospect to inbound and outbound marketing leads through targeted initiatives.
- Utilizing a strong, initial discovery conversation, identify the use case and offer the proper solution set, while also positioning additional, applicable OPSWAT products.
- Be responsible for educating and developing prospect lead driving towards a hand-off to sales.
- Documenting conversations and qualifications in a clear, manner.
- Cold calling prospects, generated by variety of sources.
- Identify key players and strategic accounts, researching and obtaining business requirements (BANT), and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle.
