Can I add groups from Active Directory to MetaDefender Kiosk Workflow Profiles?

Yes, you can.

To add user groups from Active Directory to MetaDefender Kiosk Workflow Profiles, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Connect to an Active Directory via the MetaDefender Kiosk Management Console>Workflows>Employee Workflows>User Authentication Method, as illustrated in the screenshot below:

The user will need read/write rights on Active Directory in order to effect these changes.
  1. Create or edit a Workflow via the MetaDefender Kiosk Management Console > Workflows tab, as illustrated in the screenshot below:
  1. Add groups by selecting them from the list and clicking the Add button.
