Supervisor approval adds an extra layer of security by requiring a supervisor or designated authority to approve file transfers or data sharing activities before they proceed.
If "Pending Supervisor Approval" appears in the "State" column, the file is awaiting supervisor's approval. Once approved, it will be set to "Available."
Files in "Pending Supervisor Approval" state cannot be downloaded but can be deleted or shared. However, shared files will still require approval before other users can download them.
For more information about a specific file's approval status, click on the three-dot menu and select "Supervisor Approval."
