Why am I receiving a “400” error for API file submission?

When submitting files to a MetaDefender Core instance users might experience a 400 API error response. One of the reasons for this behavior might be related to an incomplete URL format.

Please make sure that you specify the port in your API call (default 8008 or whatever port is set-up on the deployment)
