Which releases of OCMv7 are compatible with MetaDefender Endpoint?
This article applies to OCMv7.+ and a wide range of MetaDefender Endpoint releases deployed on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android systems.
OCMv7.+ does not check the validity of the versions of the MetaDefender Endpoint install package that may be manually uploaded to a server for prospective endpoint users to download.
Instead, if an MetaDefender Endpoint version is incompatible with OCMv7.+, the devices on which those MetaDefender Endpoint versions are installed will simply not be able to connect to or communicate with the My OPSWAT server.
The table below indicates the minimum OPSWAT Central Management V7 release with which each supported MetaDefender Endpoint flavor and version is compatible.
