What do I do if my IP is blocked because of abuse?

As a measure of security against brute force attacks, in which hackers attempt to penetrate the system by guessing the API key, MetaDefender Cloud blocks users who send multiple requests with the wrong API key.
In the event that you inadvertently send multiple requests with the wrong API key, your IP address will be blocked for a period of one hour.
The HTTP response code will be 403, with the response content as illustrated in the screenshot below.
The solution is either to wait for an hour until the restriction is lifted, or to contact OPSWAT support and request that your IP be unblocked earlier.
