How to Add Additional Domains for SSO Access in MetaDefender Cloud

Overview:
This article outlines the steps required to add additional domains for Single Sign-On (SSO) access in the OPSWAT MetaDefender Cloud environment.

Prerequisites:

  • Admin-level access to your OPSWAT account

  • Existing SSO integration is configured

Steps to Configure:

  1. Identify the New Domain(s)

    • Determine which domain(s) you want to enable for SSO use.

    • Make sure the domain(s) align with your organizational identity provider (IdP) configuration.

  2. Contact OPSWAT Support

    • Submit a request via OPSWAT Support Portal

    • Include:

      • Your OPSWAT account name

      • List of new domains to be added

      • Confirmation that these domains are part of your verified IdP setup

  3. MD Cloud Team Review & Action

    • The OPSWAT support team will validate the domain request.

    • Once approved, they will associate the new domains with your account.

Verify the Change:

  1. Verify SSO Access

    • After domain association, perform a test login using each new domain.

    • Confirm successful redirection to your identity provider and access to OPSWAT services.
