How to Add Additional Domains for SSO Access in MetaDefender Cloud
Please note : Domain changes may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect.
Overview:
This article outlines the steps required to add additional domains for Single Sign-On (SSO) access in the OPSWAT MetaDefender Cloud environment.
Prerequisites:
Admin-level access to your OPSWAT account
Existing SSO integration is configured
Steps to Configure:
Identify the New Domain(s)
Determine which domain(s) you want to enable for SSO use.
Make sure the domain(s) align with your organizational identity provider (IdP) configuration.
Contact OPSWAT Support
Submit a request via OPSWAT Support Portal
Include:
Your OPSWAT account name
List of new domains to be added
Confirmation that these domains are part of your verified IdP setup
MD Cloud Team Review & Action
The OPSWAT support team will validate the domain request.
Once approved, they will associate the new domains with your account.
Verify the Change:
Verify SSO Access
After domain association, perform a test login using each new domain.
Confirm successful redirection to your identity provider and access to OPSWAT services.
