
If you are unable to see your “Organization cases” tab on My OPSWAT Portal Support page, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Possible Reasons:
- You may not have been added to any organization in the Portal.
- You may have selected the incorrect organization if you are associated with multiple organizations.
- You are a part of an Organization, but you don’t have permission to view Organization Case
Steps to Resolve:
1. If You Haven't Been Added to Any Organization
- Contact OPSWAT Support for assistance.
- Have your purchased license details ready to expedite the process
2. If You Are in the Incorrect Organization
Ensure you are in a valid organization and you are an authorized user of that organization:
- Click on your name in the top-right corner.
- Select "Switch Organization".
- Choose your valid organization
- Go back to the Support page and check if your organization case is now visible.
3. Ensure that Extended case view is enabled:
- Ask your organization’s admin to navigate to Support, click on the Extended Case View logo, and switch the toggle ON next to your name.
- Reload the page to see if Organization case tab is visible
