Administrators can manage visibility across organization, partner, and customer cases without requiring OPSWAT support involvement
- Support Service - Organization Cases: control who can see cases opened by other users within the organization
- Support Service - Partner Cases (For Customer organizations only): control who can see cases opened by partners
- Support Service - Customer Cases (For Partner organizations only): control who can see cases opened on behalf of customers.
