Why are my completed Academy courses not visible in my My OPSWAT profile?

If you have completed OPSWAT Academy courses but your Completed Courses section appears blank, please verify the following:

Preliminary Checks

• Completion Status: Ensure the courses were fully completed and you received a passing grade.
• Account Alignment: Confirm you are using the same email address for both the OPSWAT Academy and the My OPSWAT Portal.
• Expiration Date: Certificates earned several years ago (e.g., 2022–2023) may have expired. Expired certificates are automatically removed from the My OPSWAT Portal display.

Resolution

While expired certificates are hidden from your My OPSWAT profile, your full academic record remains accessible via the Academy's dedicated portal.

Steps to Access Your Certificates

1. Sign in to My OPSWAT using your OPSWAT ID.
2. Go directly to the OPSWAT Academy Certifications page, all earned credentials, including those that have expired, will be listed here.

Additional Information

• To obtain an active certificate, you may retake the relevant courses at any time.
• Once you successfully complete a course again, the renewed certification will automatically sync and reappear in your My OPSWAT.
